1.1 The following general terms and conditions shall apply to the Lounge Guest(s):
- All Lounge Guest must not bring food or drinks into the CIP Lounge for consumption within the Lounge Facilities, nor remove food or drink provided at the CIP Lounge;
- Consumption of OWNAlcohol are not allowed in the CIP Lounge;
- No animals or pets of any kind are allowed in the CIP Lounge;
- To comply with any specific requests relating to Airport safety and security;
- That any children permitted access to the CIP Lounge shall be accompanied by an adult over the age of eighteen (18) years old at all times;
- No smoking in the CIP Lounge;
- Be appropriately dressed and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.
1.2 MSCL reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse entry or to remove any Lounge Guest(s) who’s behavior, mode of dress or intoxication which is considered by MSCL to be unsuitable or is likely to offend other Lounge Guest(s).
1.3 MSCL reserves the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from the CIP Lounge any persons who are drunk and/or disorderly or whose conduct is unlawful, offensive or who are not entitled to admission to the Lounge. Any Lounge Guest(s) who causes disturbance, or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from the CIP Lounge staff may be removed from the CIP Lounge.
1.4 The Customer shall be liable for all costs and damages arising from the use of the Lounge Facilities by its Lounge Guest(s).
1.5 MSCL shall not be liable for the Customer’s Lounge Guest(s) in the event of any missed flights in any circumstances whatsoever.
1.6 MSCL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, special or consequential loss incurred by the Lounge Guest(s) in any manner whatsoever for the use of the Lounge Facilities.
1.7 In the event of suspension or closure of the Lounge Facilities for any reason whatsoever, MSCL shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused to the Lounge Guest(s). No Lounge Service Fees shall be chargeable by MSCL during the period of suspension or closure of the Lounge.
